Frequently Asked Questions...

Where do you source your vehicles?

image1

We travel the width and breadth of the country to hand pick our vehicles. We also advertise to buy vehicles so some people contact us, asking us to buy their vehicles. We do not use auction houses.

Do I need to book a viewing?

image2

There will be somebody around from our sales department around during normal working hours, however we can get very busy therefore we can't guarantee there will be somebody available to see you, if you just turn up. If you contact us and tell us an estimated arrival time we will make sure somebody is available to see you. Similarly, not all of our vehicles are kept on site, therefore contacting us before you travel is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment or a wasted journey as not all of our vehicles can be accessed the same day.

Am I able to inspect your vehicles?

image3

Yes.

We have several vehicle viewing and inspection areas available.

We encourage you to look around our vehicles and to take as much time as you like. It may also be possible to show you the car on a ramp/lift however this is dependant on availability.

What is your sales procedure?

  • HPI check
  • MOT history check
  • Collect vehicle
  • Vehicle inspection and health check

  • Any further changes or modifications as requested by customer. (Changes to the vehicle at this point would be in addition to the purchase price. For example: new carpet set fitting, wheel refurbishment, cambelt change, servicing, new badges or similar)
  • MOT (as required)
  • Pre delivery inspection
  • Delivery or collection of vehicle
  • Paperwork handover (V5, vehicle road tax, MOT certificate, MOT history, service history, HPI certificate etc )
